One star might be an exaggeration. I was in the mood for Chinese and my daughters wanted sushi. We originally went to china city buffet (my kids like the variety) across the parking lot, however, it is closed for the summer. I spotted 1 dragon house and went there. We walked in around 5:30 and the place was empty. We were seated. Our waitress came to the table and because the lights were off over the sushi bar, I asked if they were serving sushi tonight? She responded "what? What? What are you holding" So I closed the menu thinking maybe there was a language barrier and said "sushi? " She said "if we have a menu we make it!"I thought this was extremely rude and would have got up and left had my kids not been there. I ordered Kung pao shrimp and my daughters both had a philly roll and salmon sushi. My shrimp had not been deveined and the rice was mushy. Sauce was not spicy and had little flavor. Not at all like any Kung pao I have ever had. The sushi was a disaster and I wish I had taken a picture, it looked like the first time I tried to roll sushi at home. My daughters eat sushi a couple times a month and they both said it was awful quality. On top of that they only got 6 pieces each. Bottom line is the bill was $34.00 for bad food and bad service. Only positive thing is that my daughter left her cell on the table and the waitress did bring it out to our car as we were leaving. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Sushi is not the best quality, fish was not super fresh and the rice was very mushy! We couldn't even finish our food. Threw out about $15 worth after trying to choke down what we could (it was a take out) the staff was very friendly but the prices for the quality :S not good!

Went here in order to try the sushi. The interior is a little dated but clean and the staff was very friendly - especially the sushi chef! I have to say that the sushi was excellent for Havasu. Probably the best I have had in this area. Pricing was in line with the other sushi places in town and they even threw in a couple extra pieces for no charge! I will definitely be back.

Chicken and beef dishes taste so fresh. Food came out hot and cooked to perfection. The decor is drab and not appealing but don't let that fool you. Service was quick and friendly. The cook came out and presented food. Wonderful place for lunch.

I have eaten sushi all over the world. This was hands down the worst sushi I have ever eaten.

This place had potential. We finally tried it when we had a sushi craving and didn't want shogun's prices. Sushi was not vey fresh and rice was mushy. Kind staff but food lacks quality. We also ordered two entrees, almond chicken and kung pao chicken. Both had a similiar sauce , one was just a little more spicy. Almond Chicken had about two almonds in it. Rice that accompanied entrees was also complete mush. We will probably never eat here again.

The absolute BEST Chinese food in Lake Havasu! Lived in Havasu for a decade, tried all of the Chinese restaurants, delivery and eat-in... NONE compare to #1 Dragon House! All of the food is fresh, flavorful, and best is it is ALL homemade!! HIGHLY recommend (and they do deliver which was a great surprise)! Donny G is the best Chinese and sushi chef in Havasu!!
